I'm looking to buy some new rims for my Ls and I was wondering if 20s rub and if they do what size would be the best:leghumper :leghumper

a lot of 20s will rub determining if you lowered or not. Plus it matters your tires too

I have 20" rims and only rub when I go over a big dip in the road with 4 adults in the car. Other than that no problems. Good Luck!!!

i have 20's lowered and only rubbed on driver front fender during a sharp turn and hitting a dip at low speeds

size depends on width of wheel// 8 inch wheel 245 /35 //at least a 42 offset

so what is the correct offset if i wanted to lower? i have 20s with a +40 offset and 225/35 tire. would i be able to put sprint 1.75 on or would i rub? ive wanted to do this forever but have been nervous that i would rub and then the springs would be useless to me. just figured while we were on the subject of 20 inch rims i would throw this in, not trying to jack this thread.

I have 20's on stock suspension, and it is NOT POSSIBLE for these things to rub. I have been sooo happy with them.....offset is +48mm, tire size is 245/35/20

Good luck on your search!

If the wheels have a offset thats over 44 chances are you will not rub. I have 20s on my car and they only rub with 4 people in the car on big bumps and the reason for that is my car is dropped with eibach springs. Overall you will love the 20s. For tires size you should go with is 245/35/20.
