Please help me.
Excuse my bad English

~ put the old cabin filter back in, seems it ran better on it ... and dibs on Battery and Alternator.

Yup, the LS'es start to behave strangely in the electrical system when the battery is near done.
You are pounding that LS with a big system from that OEM Battery ?

Sudden Death Feeling...

... I agree with BigRigLS. For me about a 8 days ago, I'm driving about 15-20mph on a residential w/ my Stereo 1/2-way up. Next thing on know my Bass amp shuts down, Then 3-seconds later my ABS Traction light "lights up" plus a few other "Hey Dummy Lights" pops up.

That's when I felt the car "literally" shutting down systems one-by-one, because it wasn't getting "No Juice" from my Alternator. Which eventually drained and killed my Battery down to 9volts. Until it shut down completely. That night...I pulled the Battery out and (2amp) trickle-charged the Battery overnight. Then a day later had a New Alternator put in.

Bingo. Problem solved. I'd check your Battery then see if your Alternator is putting out.

The only other time when I felt that "sudden death" feeling in my car was...when my Raditor reservoir tank was cracked, and my engine thought it was overheating; which shifted the engine to "Fail-Safe Cooling Mode".

Same problems here when battery and alternator were going out.

Replace the battery and you should be good. If it says "Check charging system" it's also going to need an alternator.

lsemex04, your inbox is full, so I can't reply there to your question.

You need to have a load test done on the battery. An open circuit voltage test tells you almost nothing about the battery. I assume you did this voltage check with the engine running. It does tell you that the alternator was working when you did the test, but it was lower than it should be. This probably means that your battery is pretty bad and/or your alternator is about to fail.
