18" Wheels w/ AdvanceTrac?

Owner's manual says, "no" (see below), but is anyone running 18s or larger on an LS w/ AdvanceTrac? -- Scott

"Do not alter or modify your vehicle's wheel/tire size, suspension or steering; the resulting changes to the vehicle's handling can adversely affect the AdvanceTrac system."

As long as you keep the same overall diameter as the stock combo, and don't exceed the weight of the stock combo, AdvanceTrac shouldn't know the difference. AdvanceTrac uses differential braking to assist you in regaining control, but bigger/heavier wheel and tire combos have a detrimental effect on braking efficiency...
