06 sway bar on a 1st gen LS?

I need a swaybar, and saw this one on ebay. It says it is for a late model ls.
Will it fit my 2000 V8?

I don't think I would assume that is from an '06 just because it says 'late model'. Looks more like it is an '00-'02 sway bar and was probably removed and replaced with a newer one since the dealer no longer sells the bushings for it.
