04 Navigator Anti-skid Light on Advcheck .....HELP!

Hello; I have a 2004 68,000 mile 4x4 Navigator. The anti skid light will not go off, the inboard computer says "check Advtrack" when this light is on the 4x4 will not in gauge.


Any help, possible problem is the 4x4 has really never been used.

Need suggestion to get this to work.
