02 Taurus power window question

My sister has a 02 Taurus that sometimes when first started up the windows and moonroof don't work. If you drive the car for a few minutes they start working again. It's random when it does it or works fine. Anyone have a clue? Is there a module that runs the windows and the moonroof?

I would trace the power wiring. There's probably a power relay in common with the windows and moon roof.
