The 02 lincoln ls v8 has two feul pumps, if one go's out will it stoptoe other one from working, I replaced all fueses and relays and placed the passanger side fuel pump and still nothing, no fuel in the fuel rail. please help

I think you'd have better luck if you used fuel pumps instead...
Anyway, yes a faulty jet pump can prevent fuel delivery to the engine. However, there are other possibilities as well. Could you give more information on what your problem/symptom is and what else you have done to diagnose this?

LOL!!!!! sorry bout that, im going to replace both sides and see what happens, thanks for your advice, ill let you know
