00 LS Catalytic Converter Help

I have a 2000 Lincoln LS and I need some help on how I should go about buying a new catalytic converter. I heard OEM cats are very expensive, I'm willing to go aftermarket but don't know what cats are good and bad and what I'm looking for. If anyone has any advice on it and any problems that may arise when replacing the cats would be very much appreciated. Thanks LVC for keeping my car on the road

I'm going to need to replace mine as well, I hear the honey comb's bouncing around in there.

there are a couple on ebay really cheap, what did you wind up buying cross?
