Yep, no heat in winter and no A/C in summer the ole blend door broken thingy problem. Got the whole door actuator with arm, reinforced arm per tech tips and replaced broken arm (gray) in photo at other end. Both ends broken on mine.
Worth diagnosing first then going to Ford for parts. Might be...
