    94 conti, is this thing too far gone?

    I found a 94 conti white pretty rough on the outside, the guy says it runs well but the bags are shot. I can get it for pretty cheap. Its got some paint peeling on the hood, the front corner lens is missing and tit looks like the moulding is curling up at the ends, also the stock wheels look...
