quick question im about to buy a 99 continental that was in a accident runs great but the radiator core support is bent is it removable?

im sell my 97 mark viii for a 99 continental i have one issue with the continental im worried about the little message center on the dash blinks in and out until you reset it then everything is normal its almost like a short in the message center.has anyone experienced this?
