New Catalytis Converter now backfires?
Mechanic replaced right side catalytic converter to pass state inspection. Now occasionally (once a day) backfires under slight throttle. 6 cyl Could it be the catalytic converter? something else? Thanks (my 2nd Lincoln LS) first was black (too hot) this one is light tundra green nice color- sailorlen10
