When i'm slowing down to stop about 25-30mph the car jerks ever so slightly... like it down shifted. Its always been the same amout of down shifting motion so it hasnt gotten any worse. It happens every single time. Anyone have this happen? What might it be? I checked the fluid its perfect.

I brought my car into the dealership to get my tire rebalanced. Now when get to 55-60 the steering wheel shakes in a sideways motion which would indicate a tire vibe. If i speed up and get on the express-way about 75 up the car shakes like the whole car.... is this still a tire vibe?
