    Broken door handle - again.

    Fuel filler door - won't close

    Front Caliper - won't stay squeezed in

    Can you 'over-tighten' the castle nut on tie rod?

    Long story short - couldn't remove the cotter pin from the tie rod, to keep castle nut from backing off. So I tightened it down hard, with a bit of loc-tite to keep it from rotating off. But the hole for the cotter is at about the top of the nut, not level with the 'gaps' in the nut...
