    mttsn42z checking engine light blinking- code p0303, misfire on cylinder 3

    96 lincoln mark 8 has blinking check engine light and a p0303 code, misfire on cylinder 3. and also a o2 sensor code on bank 1. changed spark plugs and there seems to be sparking on both coil packs. car is running rough. help any suggestions thanks.........
