I solved my problem. I just slam my trunk now and it doesn't seem to come open from the bass. I guess the latch wasn't closing right, but I checked all the rubber and plastic and it seems to be on there right. I don't like doing it because I feel over time I could damage something but for now...

I have the same problem and can not find a solution. I just put a punch 12" in my 2003 ls and now my trunk is popping open while I drive. Its annoying, and I know people with way more in there's then me as far as power, so I'm stomped.

LS in it, I'm about to install a double din LCD in my '03 LS. Can you give me any tips on it. I have been looking all over to see how hard its going to be and how the wire harness fits because the unit takes up so much space. Any tips by anyone would be appreciated .
