Check all the K frame mounting bolts and the engine mounts.

I have done a lot of reading about cooling systems and from the research I have done the problem is that as the mass flow of the water goes up and the airflow doesn't go up then you will not gain additional cooling.

I pulled an entire 97 Mark VIII harness... I have pulled a few full harnesses and the Mark one was by far the easiest... it breaks up into 4 chunks.

Why not just pick up a 93-95 Mark and swap a 96 wiring harness into it.

You need to up compression and rev the engine out to make camshafts worthwhile on the 4 valve.
