    Think of it like a turbo car, they don't necessarily come out of the hole very well but they make up ground on the topend and get mph/et combinations like 10.4 @ 141. 10.4 is normally in the 122 range and 141 is the high 9's. You're picking up mph that is consistent with a normal 13.8X pass...
