thats a good question. I've got around 107k miles on the LS now and still have the stock shocks on it. It still runs great. Engine is real smooth, transmission is my only concern, had the fluid changed and they siad it looked good and it shifts fine. Almost forget the tech siad I was going to...
nice cars on the outside, but on the inside, the guages look like crap, the switches look cheap, just look cheap on the inside, newer ones are different but these older ones just look like their for the '80s.
you can try these guys, the factory stuff works with sirius. if you want xm you will have to go aftermarket I believe. this one works in cars without the dvd system. if you have the dvd system you have to search the site for the other one, or just call them, probably easier...
when I worked at the ford dealership the tech would use something very similiar when they did a full fuel system cleaning. They would take the cars out into the yard and it would produce a huge smoke screen. and it stinks something funky.
It is clearly different, the black car's rear valence does not bulge out like the WW kit does. The black car's valence roles under and is smoother with the body of the car. Personally I think the side skirts are NOT WW too, they don't seem to stick any along the doors, the WW kit kinda sticks...
Yes this is why I said "almost sounds like" I know the electronic parking brake has a motor that applies the pressure, in a line lock it is your foot. In the end though, they do the same thing, hold pressure on a brake.
opening an old thread I know, I thought I would add something though. I was orginally going to do this but just have the time anymore. You could put the '03 console in and they do fit. An e-brake replacement could be a set of "linelocks" you could even set them up to work with the stock switch...
