Last week my window came off track...it was night time and it was going to rain, so i taped a garbage bag up to protect it from the rain....so the dumb move on my part was using duct tape to do this....so now i have the white sticky/glue crap on my b-pillar :slam ......so i need some...
yea i took them to a tire shop and they first put the rim on without a tire to see if they will fit. When they did this the wheel would not turn, it was rubbing against the caliper. ------- i ended up buying some real chrome rims from this company (Flynn's Tires) and the offset was 40, i think...
^^ yea only the offset is wrong. He didn't tell me that he didn't know what they fit or didn't fit. He said they would fit. But you're right i should have been more cautious. :Bang u live u learn
thats what i am afraid of...and i'll be pissed if thats the case....is there a way that i can figure out the offset?? i was looking at the box that they came in and the offset is blacked out, so can i figure it out by looking at the rim??
He supposedly didn't lie. He said he bought them from some guy before he bought an LS and so he didn't know that they didn't fit. He ended up not buying an LS, so he didn't need the rims. Who knows. All I know that is I am stuck with these rims and i want to get rid of them.
I am the sucker that bought those 20's from jthorn a few weeks ago and of course they don't fit and so i had to buy new ones. Anyways, so now i am gonna try to sell them on ebay and i would like to know what kind of car they would fit. They have all the specifications that should fit an LS (20...
Has anyone bought b-pillars or eyebrows from Grayghost and painted them the same color as their car? I have a white LS and was wondering what it would look like. And are they easy to paint? Would touch up paint from the dealer be sufficient or would you need to do it some other way? Any feedback...
unfortunately, i bought the rims.....and guess what...they don't fit....the offset is 13 and it has to be much higher.... :Bang ....luckily i was able to find a pretty good deal on some rims that did fit.....and they look great.... :Beer
i have 20's and 35 profile tire and they look awesome to say the least. I haven't had any problems with rubbing. The place that put them on said that it may rub if I am making a turn and I run over something at the same time, but that doesn't occur too often. I recommend gettin the 20's. I have...
^^ yeah mine does the same and i have a 2000. I am sure the newer models are the same. In the driver's side door, hold the key all the way to the right and they will all go up. Not as nice as having it on the remote, but it does come in handy.
