Rear Lower Control Arm Availability and Compatibility

I bought the XF Jag rear lowers for mine bur have not installed yet. I felt comfortable enough with the reports of just needing some washers to go ahead ahead and take the chance. We should be able to source washers close to spec needed from Mcmaster Carr.

    Aluminium Degas Bottle

Bringing up this old thread because the current quality of plastic coolant bottles is beyond worthless. Lots of "what ifs" in this thread about the ramifications of the aluminum reservoir not having a sight glass - this has been been a non issue for me as the coolant level has remained constant...

More Plastic Cooling System Component Solutions?

Hi Reaper - I have installed the aluminum tank and it seems to be of adequate quality. I have 2 questions if you would be so kind to answer: 1- the aluminum coolant tank looks to be of lesser volume than the stock plastic tank. What do you consider to be the correct coolant level in the aluminum...

More Plastic Cooling System Component Solutions?

Steve - I PM'd you my number. These items you have done seem like a great idea and address the biggest (fatal) flaw in an otherwise pretty sweet motor.

More Plastic Cooling System Component Solutions?

Steve - So you are having a Gen 2 (2003 & up) aluminum thermostat housing made? If so, I would like to see what it takes to get on board with this.
