I have a 1995 Lincoln Mark VIII as well, this vehicle was sitting in my garage for about 4 years. Once I started driving it again....... NO cold A/C.! After two bullshit expensive estimates, it was my service valve! A $30.00 dollar repair. Be cautious when it concerns A/C repair.

I experienced the same problem on my climate control panel in my 1995 Mark VIII. I pulled the unit out and replaced the burned out lights. They are called T-1NEO WEDGE LAMPS-14V. I purchased them from JKL COMPONENTS, PH.#1-800-421-7244. The repair was simple. Good luck.
