    Man that is probably the 53mm o-ring leaking. You could spend a few dollars to replace it and it usually solves the problem.

    Sounds like you are doing a hell of a job man. The o-ring is the 53mm located on the coolant tube that meets the thermostat crossover pipe. If you don't have a leak never-mind. However, you can expect that pos to spew coolant in the future.

    yeah I have the same leak. Thanks Look I fished a hose clamp around the coolant tube area at the Oring and it appears to have sealed that leak! Good luck with it man.

    Looks like a SOB of a job. Did you have to loosen the a/c compressor to get the TC cover off?

    Hey man. That sounds like bad news about your PCM. Maybe you could experiment with getting one from the junk yard. I have a 2005 V8 model. The dealer told me that when those go then you may as well junk the car since no new ones are available. Good luck with it..

    Gentlemen 2005 LS SPORT V8 After replacing all plastic parts and hoses, etc. my coolant leak did not stop until the factory hose clamps were replaced with worm drive clamps. There is a very slow oil leak on the car at the front of the engine now, possibly timing cover, cannot see it. Anybody...
