    You dont have a carburetor. You have throttle body fuel injection. Yes I said replace that fuel line this morning. Replace the feed line from the filter to the TB housing. You will only need to replace the return line if it is rusted out. I dont know how they did it at assembly plant...

    Ooops....what year is yours? Last (1995-2002)generation has no inners, only outer. You remove the boot and there are the rack gear teeth.

    Self explanatory. The empty line is the return line. The twisted line is the feed line. You need a replacement fuel line at the throttle body. Watch the video on disassembly, do it just like that. He probably ruined it trying to do a throttle cleaning service.
