Y Thank you. Figured it out,10mm. I don't understand why every bolt on the bottom of the tranny is 8mm and the only one you can't see is 10...I swear they do this just to play games with you lol

Does anyone know the size of the bolt on top of the solenoid pack connector? Doesn't seem to be 5/16 like the rest.

What part of the tranny will a bad solenoid pack toast? Servos? Of course the servos are going bad. Its a 55R5N, thats a given lol. Just curious.

WOW! We are having similar issues....Im looking into the valve body and solenoid pack at this point. Check out the thread i just posted. Almost the same title lol. Good Luck

Im new to posting on the forum but been hanging out for a while now. Received tons of useful info on here. Thanks guys, hopefully someone will be able to guide me in the right direction with my issue. So heres the deal-a few months ago I got on it a little too heavy on the freeway in my 2000 ls...
