Found oil in my spark plug wells. (2002 lincoln ls) there was oil all over the coil packs. Can't they be cleaned or do I have to buy new ones? Or should I just change plugs and coils... just tryin to save a lil money.....I have a lot of money put in this damn car. So if anyone has any tips on...

i have a 2002 lincoln ls v8. about 3 months ago it started idling rough. almost like itwas going to cut out. and i get a hesation when im at about 40-50 mph. took it to a shop about four months ago and they said i had water in my tank. so i had a fuel tank r+r and lises cleaned. SAME PROBLEM...
