At Standard Auto Wreckers in Toronto they do a 'free parts day' once a month during the season. You pay $50 at the door and can walk out with whatever you can carry. I went at the end of the year last year and there was a gen 1 V6 and a gen 1 V8 in the u-pull-it yard. Here is a (grainy) picture...
landOFlincoln - you just joined this site 5 days ago and already you are flooding a thread with useless posts, replying to yourself and giving a huge rant/suggestion about how you think this site should be run.
This site has been running very successfully for quite a long time and as far as I'm...
I would hardly say I'm an expert on wheels lol just took a lot of measurements and quite frankly got lucky that I nailed it first try. Also this site helped a LOT: http://www.willtheyfit.com/
Anyways, to your question. I don't know exactly how your wheels and tires sit right now but I can't...

Oh okay lol thanks! Let me try again. Did it work when it was just a link? Or as an actual video embedded in the post... not sure how to post a Facebook video
That was originally my thinking when I looked at buying wheels which is why I went with 8.5 et40 in front and 9.5 et48 in back. But after I mounted them I realized the LS has waaaaay more room for wheels and tires and after some measurements, ordered the spacers and it sits exactly how I want...
Thanks man.
Front: 19x8.5 et40 running 225/35 tires and a 36mm spacer
Rear: 19x9.5 et48 255/35 and a 24mm spacer
Having to run such large spacers makes me REALLY sad (and regretful) because it means I could have bought a lot wider wheels in the first place.... soon :)
Oh you are THAT far East lol Okay I'm down to push it even closer to you and the OP too then. I'm not one to be opposed to a drive. And yeah I doubt making it late May/early June would be too much of an issue
I think it should definitely be no closer to Toronto than Oshawa or Whitby then to...
I am down to meet anywhere and I am pretty far East myself. I think Scarborough Town Centre is pretty central if we are looking to shift towards the East end of Toronto.
Thanks! No exhaust at all from the cats back actually lol
Originally had Magnaflows then decided to do a resonator delete but after removing the exhaust I fired the car up and it sounded so damn mean I just left it off completely lol
Will take a better video of exhaust note once the car is back on the road (winter needs to end REALLY bad). Sorry for the garage echo.
