Took about 3-4 yrs. I jacked up front to work under it, used a long narrow screwdriver to hold down connector tab to separate connector. Then disconnected exhaust from manifold and otherside of resonator. Used a 22 mm combo wrench to remove pass o2, for the driver side your space is limited but...
Great idea. I just installed the same thing on my 95 Mark VIII. Was surprised the amount it collected, not much ( I drive 130 miles round trip each day), but better than going down the intake.
My 95 Mark VIII radiator was leaking at the trans fitting so I picked up a 04 Cobra radiator to help beat the heat here in Texas. Here's a few mods I had to make for the Mark VIII fan to work.
I picked up a 04 Cobra radiator for my 95 Mark VIII, which lower hose do I use for those running that set up? The lower outlet on the Cobra is 1 3/4", Lincoln rad is 1 1/2". Thanks.
No, I would guess between the heat and any oil or trans fluid that got on the wire it just broke down the insulation . No broke wires, just looking up liquid tape for a temp. fix until I can find another harness. Thanks
My 95's speedo started bouncing the other day, checked the VSS it was good, looked at the wiring and this is what I found. I doubt if you can still get a tranny harness anymore, may have to hit the junkyards.
I purchased a set of HID lights for my 95. They were pretty clear, but polished them out alittle more with the 3M kit, then purchased a 30mil clear headlight film from Xpel. Had them cut it 3"x19", easy to install and should protect them for many years.
Finished installing a set of factory HID headlights I picked. Installed relays for both Hi and LO, and modified the flash to pass so the lo beams would stay on. Alot of work but what a difference, I'll beable to see at night again.
