Was it very hard to do? Since Vleds is having a huge sale I was going to purchase a slim ballast conversion kit for 80.00. But not going to if the install is a huge amount of work.

Wow that was a very quick response. Thanks. So i would either need to get a hold of gen 2 headlights or buy an HID kit because gen 1 could only take halogen. This correct?

I have a 01 LSV8. Are my headlights HID and all i have to do is get a kit for 6000k headlights??? Sorry if this is a dumb question just do not know much about cars etc. I learned a lot from the sticky thread " The Real Owners Manual". And if this is the case what kind of kit would you suggest.
