It doesn't weigh much at all, I just threw it on the bathroom scale and it's about 10 lbs. I'd say shipping would run about $20 just because of the size of it.
Also I believe it's internal volume is a little over 0.8 cubic ft.

This happened to me last year with a set of MOOG bushings.

However I rolled the dice and used MOOG again to get the car back on the road and they've been good for over a year now. (Mark is daily driven)
I basically used a tutorial for everything. Fiberglass Tutorial.... Also, Kyntex is the :q:q:q:q, I couldn't imagine doing this with only fiberglass mat. It wasn't very difficult either just time consuming. I figure I put about 20-25 hours total which a couple of those were just replacing dremel...

Got and installed mine today DLF, thanks for the quick shipping. Really nice workmanship with them and fit the car perfectly.
I did have a little issue since the base of my 9006's was slightly bigger than the hole allowed for. Wasn't to big of a deal as I just had to drill it a little bigger...
