Yes the bushing are not that great. I used the bushings that came with the energy bushing kit, greaseable and they fit nice. I did like DLF did and cut the corners so they fit properly. I used some old steel laying around as my shims.

Ive got the addco rear sway bar installed for 6 months now. The passenger side clamp/strap tooth, that holds the sway bar to the body snapped. Now I have a nice clunking going on. Nobody seems to stock them! Where do I get a set?

I need both door handles for my 95 mark viii. Mine is ivory pearlescent. I will take chrome aswell. Just handles or whole assembly. Thanks.

Took the bolt off, thread locked the inner axle threads, and muscled the bolt on with a breaker bar lightly. I think the spec was about 30 lbs of torque.
Fixed. It was a loose axle nut. Put some thread lock on it and done. It was loose about 3 turns. I tightened up my sway bar end links too about 1/4". Thats it.
Ill pop the wheel off and check. Rear sway bushings settled in and I could tighten those up a little. It does feel like a loose axle nut. Thanks for the ideas folks.

Can i Remove and Press in a new control arm bushing at home. this is the front shock bottom bolt goes through. Especially while it on the car.

I concur. there is a big washer there with lines on it, it looks eliptical. Loosen it and spin it. Im going to take it to a special steering shop, befor i opt for surgery on the lincoln again. It did make a pop sound too.
I think its internal. Man being impatient for answers and solutions sure is stressful...
I went ahead and ordered another rack from the shop.
