Problem solved. Bought a new set of d2s philips bulbs for $60! Brand new. Thanks to craigslist. I know, i know, there are those who say they cause too much glare, but im not the first LS to use d2s bulbs. Thanks for everyones help. I did ask in the initial post if i needed h11/d2r bulbs, but...

The ballasts are stock, and the HIDs that are currently in there are Phillips D2R 6000k bulbs. guess i gotta order another set, because the cost to send em back, and have a new set sent out is basically going to be the same as ordering a new set. ill just try to sell these h11 bulbs locally.

well i got my hids, and took the headlight out and realized that the bulbs i got were not going to work. I ordered H11 bulbs, they came with a harness on the bulb. Was i supposed to order something different or what?

what is typical shipping time? ive read sometimes they take a week or more, is this true?
