I removed the seat and there was 2 plastic covers underneath. Once I removed those I saw that there were two plastic covers with fuel draws and censors. What is the best way to remove these and is this split tank?

Does anyone know the best way to siphon gas out of a 2000 LS? I tried a small plastic tube and it did not work. I am hoping there is a better way than climbing underneath to remove the gas tank. Does anyone know of a book or website that will show the layout of the tank etc. E-85 flex fuel...
