when i am driving my eldorado down the highway it starts to shake around 80 mph and it feels like the front end could it be the tire pressure or is it the rims? could they be unbalanced? i got the tires balanced and it wasnt doing it for a while but then it started again. any ideas?

I am looking for a good performance tire that isnt going to hurt my pocket when i throw all that money towards the cashier. any ideas? anyone live in NC? specifically cherry point/jacksonville area?
