Has anyone replaced the fuel filler neck without dropping the tank? I need to change the neck, as I believe the anti siphon valve in the neck is bad as gas spits up/out after adding a little bit (either with a gas can/ funnel or at the gas pump itself) even tried with the nozzle upside down...
