I see most of you fix your own cars. Im asking where would i take my ls v8 2002 to have a tune up done/ coolant flush and my transsmisson check. Is the dealer the only place that can do this work?

I bought my Ls in june 2021 and this is the second time it has overheated when I havent drivin it for a few days. The coolant was low the first time this time the coolant is fine the fan has been very active all week as if its been getting hot but not to overheat. I dont know much about cars but...
