Ok, so my radio is constantly on. It only turns off once the car is off and I open the door. Pushing the power off turns it off for maybe 2 seconds then it turns its self right back on. What could it be thats keeping it on?

Can anyone give me any tips on the easiest way to get to behind my gauges to change the bulbs. i have half of my dash lit up and half burnt out. and i dont want to go about this and screw it up. i did a search and found nothing. anybody have any helpful tips? or possibly a nice step by step?

im having a few issues, nothing major, first i get a rotten egg smell when accel quickly then let off? maybe battery since the light is coming is my guess? also, how do you check the codes on a 95 gen I? i cant get any reader to work for me. but my check engine light does come occasionally.
