its the one with the side ways U. The top hose is connected to the intake i believe.. the bottom on sucks in but has no hose connected to it. im not sure if this is wrong or the little pug is supposed toplug it up

I have a 95 town car and on the pcv valve it has a hose connecting the upper part but the bottom nipple is that supposed to be plugged or go to anything or just suck in air wildly??
