Soooo anything else to check on this?
I am going to make sure the bank 1/1 o2 is actually being powered and its not some kind of crazy harness issue. It all LOOKED good when I changed the sensor, and no heater codes are tripping.
Tried to drive again without MAF connected. Was still tending to load up off idle when I was starting uphill. It wouldn't rev in park until the failsafe chimed then it would actual rev in park.
unfortunately I do not, would have to purchase one.
This is a log from a short freeway run. You can see in there where the car almost can't maintain speed (throttle possition is way up but no change in engine RPM).
As I said above when I unplug the MAF it will idle well, drives not perfect but much better. I attributed this to the fact that when it enters failsafe mode it resets the long term fuel trims. Passenger o2 is still reading completely lean.

I have been messing with our 2005 LS for a few weeks now trying to figure out what the real issue is.
First got some misfire codes including cylinder 4 with a bunch of other codes that seem to be related to interference on that harness.
Replaced all the coils/plugs that weren't recently...
