i jumped my 91 deville one day as well and it fried my bcm my gauges were inop. as soon as i replaced that everything worked... but if i were you i'd try disconnecting the battery for 15 min or so see if that fixes it.

you need a new key or ignition... my friend had the same problem 3 weeks ago..

i used to work at a window shop and a gm dealer... i would think its either the window regulator or the main window switch on the driver door. i doubt it would be a relay or fuse

i own a 91 deville, i would check out the starter, alternator, brake booster, cat converter... i have had many problems with mine but i fixed it all. luckily i worked at a gm dealership any problems you come across just ask...
