    ok thanks. I have a spare vacuum reservoir, but the one on the car actually looks better. Could it be bad internally? when I disconnect the line I can hear it let go of the air. will that butane trick work on the lines in the car near the glovebox?

    Hi Is anyone familiar with the loss of vacuum affecting the air conditioning? When I accelerate with the ac on, it changes over to heat and defrost.

    89 town car ac problem

    hi can anyone tell me how to fix my ac? The problem is that when I put the engine under load such as going up hill, the ac will switch over to heat and defrost. It seems its a vacuum problem but thats all I know.
