You're right Ken the V1 pays for it's self so many times that investing the money into it will definately be worth it...and ya after you have the V1 all other detectors are crappy as hell...you have to own one to understand.

I highly recommend the V1. it has saved me countless amount of times already and the distance that it ranges is rediculously far.
