A/C does not cool below 2000 rpms
'04 LS. Whether idling in park or driving, if below 2000 rpms, the A/C will not cool. Once I get it above 2000 rpms (~2100),you can feel the air starting to cool. Need some help with this. I just purchased a '04 LS a few days ago with 75K on it. The day after I bought it, the engine light came on. Took it to Autozone, P2197 code.
