Hi. Obviously I don't have a OBDII code car. But I did the wire trick and counted the CEL flashes as follows 17 17 52 and then the CEL stays on from there. What do I do with this info? How do I read what it means?

For some reason by power steering fluid starts spraying out the top of the pump once the car is shut off. Has anybody heard of this before? I have to keep topping it off and in the meantime, it's making quite a mess everywhere. Any help would be appreciated!
