As I was driving down the highway my 97 continental's engine quit. No warning, and it shut down as if I had turned of the key. All electrical is fine. The engine just shut off and would not restart.

I have replaced
Crank Position Sensor
Battery
Fuel Pump relay

I have check the fuel pressure using a gauge at the fuel rail. It is reading 34 PSI and seems to hold the pressure for hours.

Once in awhile when it is cranking, it will fire on one or two cylinders, so I am guessing it has spark.

One thing I am wondering about is the Fuel Injector Relay. I bought a new one from Rock Auto, but I have no idea where it goes. It looks like a normal relay, but has a tab on it as if you're supposed to mount it somewhere like the firewall. Does anyone know where it may be located?

I am not sure what other information would be helpful, but please ask what every you thing would help diagnose this issue.

Thank you so much for your help

Check your throttle body as well. My conti randomly wont start at times and then you go out to crank it and it purrs. Turned out it was the throttle body
