Change radiator now no heat

Did a test on DCCV. The results are as follows:
between 1-2 I get a reading of 15.4
between 1-3 I get a reading of 30.7
between 2-3 I get a reading of 15.5

Any explanations on these readings? does it sound like I might have a problem with on of the selenoids?

normal readings

the normal readings should be between 10-23 ohms, your reading of 15 ohms is saying the coils are ok. what you are testing is the coil resistance. There are 3 pins, one of them is a common. Now listen, just because you get a good reading does not mean the pistons will work correctly. Toyota motors found that the coils rarely fail.....they did find, that most of the time that it was a mechanical failure from junk collecting in the piston housing, which jambed and scratched the piston sleeves and piston exterior. Grit would jamb in the little scratches and jamb the thing shut or open. you must open the top and clean the piston sleeves and pistons if you have not done so.
