How long does it take to replace the sway bar on the LS?? Im taking it to the dealer, dont want them to say 3hrs when it should have taken 1 1/2hrs.. what do you think??

It will be a good 3 hours. It took me 5 but I was also cutting off the old bushings with a grinder and that included a Home Depot run 
Plus I had no lift and as many specialty tools as the dealers have.

It's immaterial how long it takes them to actually do the job. I don't care if they can do it in 5 minutes or 5 hours. It's on a flat rate schedule and that's what you should be charged. If they beat flat rate, that's how they make money and a good living. You should call them up and ask them how many hours it pays to replace the bar. Multiply that by their hourly rate and you know what the price will be...barring any unforeseen difficulties.
