2005 Lincoln LS 3.0 I am having a Problem identifying vacuum line routing rear view of Plenum.

Attached is a rear view diagram of my engine. Item C1367 shows a cam position sensor 2. To the left of the plug is what looks to be a ported vacuum line. I just changed plugs and coil over plugs and cannot seem to locate the routing of the vacuum to find the other end. My engine vacuum looks like it had a smaller line.

I can’t seem to locate this end of the line and I am trying to locate where it comes from.

Thank you for the fast response. But I was mainly needing a diagram for the coolant lines an vacuum lines that seem to run everywhere. Thats something I don’t wanna get mixed up.
