1995 Mark Viii trans length

Hi,

I have a friend who's going to the US very soon and is going to pick up a few transmission for me and because I myself are in China at the moment I cannot measure my transmission length (as far as I've understood there's a longer and a shorter one).
So my question is, can anyone measure the length of their transmission for me so he knows which one to pick up? Transfercase back to the yoke is what I believe is the way to measure it. Correct me if I'm completely wrong.

The case length including the extension housing is 30-5/8.
The overall length including the output shaft is 31-5/8s.
