I believe the Euro exports also had headlight washers, and had a way different ignition key.

Here are some photos from a different site of a Mr. John Matthews in the UK of his V8 right hand drive LS, most export were V6. I believe he has sold it for a R/H Bullet Mustang.

Neat. The headlight leveling is to adjust the headlights for vehicle loading, like trailering or a carload of adults. Wish we had it here.

Here is a photo of a Japanese LS with the head light washer, the spray nub on the bumper, and you can see the fender turn signal bump.
